Proposed class action says AHN and Highmark used Abridge's AI scribe to record patient visits without proper consent

The Pittsburgh-area complaint alleges full conversations were sent to Abridge's servers and could be used to train its commercial models, citing Pennsylvania wiretap law and HIPAA; these are allegations, AHN and Highmark declined to comment, and similar suits have been filed in California.
