Canada commits up to C$1.6 billion for an equity stake in Cohere

The staged investment comes alongside NVIDIA, Bell and Schwarz Group; Cohere must keep its Canadian headquarters, create at least 1,000 technical jobs and commit at least C$1.7 billion to Canadian compute by 2030.
