First CMG robot race up Mount Tai starts Nov. 2 with a 3,100-step, 3.9 km course for legged robots

CCTV, via China News Service, says the race in Tai'an, Shandong runs from Hongmen to Zhongtianmen with about 600 metres of elevation; ifeng lists four official events plus a challenge, including a 1.6 km, 600-step humanoid sprint, a 3.3 km load-carrying race for legged robots and an exoskeleton assist race. Results are not yet known.
