CNPC unit Kunlun Manufacturing and Unitree plan a joint venture for industrial embodied-AI robots
IT Home, citing a Beijing market regulator notice, says Kunlun Manufacturing and its concert party Kunlun Capital would hold 60% and Unitree and Fanjie Intelligence (泛界智能) 20% each, with the public notice period running 4 to 13 November.
