CXMT says its sixth-generation DRAM platform on a 4F² vertical-channel cell has passed engineering-sample validation

Global Times says CXMT confirmed this in a Saturday statement, calls itself first to validate the architecture and plans server DDR5 RDIMM products using 4F² by year-end; The Paper reports it was first disclosed at the 30 October earnings call. Speeds, yields and customer qualification are not disclosed.
