Envision targets end-2028 completion of a 3 GW AI data-centre campus in Inner Mongolia

Envision's AI data-centre chief Ricky Zheng told Bloomberg TV offtake deals run to 2029 or 2030; the Ulanqab campus is designed for up to one million AI accelerators, with about 80% of power from nearby wind farms.
