Kioxia's quarterly operating profit reaches ¥1.99 trillion on AI data-centre flash demand

July–September operating profit rose to ¥1.99 trillion from ¥85.9 billion a year earlier on revenue of ¥2.48 trillion; Kioxia declared its first dividend, ¥90 a share, and guided roughly flat results for October–December.
