Indian IT firm LTM says AI has collapsed traditional entry-level engineering roles and it no longer bids L0 roles

Chief Delivery Officer Gururaj Deshpande told Business Standard that new bids carry no L0 roles as layers L0 to L2 are merged with AI tooling, while roles such as AI support engineers and AI architects grow; the company gave no headcount figures.
