Parse Biosciences and Nomic plan Cascade, a 100-million-cell immune dataset for training AI models

The companies say Cascade will pair 100 million single-cell RNA-seq profiles with more than 11,000 secretome proteomic profiles across over 150,000 cytokine and drug perturbation conditions, with GSK, Pfizer and Sanofi among early partners; data generation is under way and access is by licence.
