Salesforce agrees to buy defense AI startup Rune Technologies for a reported $375 million

TechCrunch, citing Resilience Media, says the cash-and-stock deal folds Rune's military logistics-prediction software into Salesforce's Missionforce defence unit; Salesforce did not respond to TechCrunch, and the price is not in a company document.
