The S-1/A filed with the SEC on Monday puts nine-month revenue at $33.242 billion against $2.545 billion a year earlier and a $104 billion net loss, mostly from fair-value changes on convertible notes and derivatives; about $69.8 billion of the commitments fall due within 12 months.

Why it matters

Anthropic's first prospectus stopped at the end of June, so this is the first look at its third quarter, and it shows revenue still compounding: the filing says quarterly revenue grew 1,127% from a year earlier while compute and infrastructure costs grew 382%. The counterweight is the scale of fixed obligations, with about $447.5 billion of the commitments expected before the end of 2030. Watch for the price range, the offering size and how investors weigh that growth against those commitments.
