Envision says its Inner Mongolia AI campus is the first to run on an 800-volt DC power architecture
The Galaxy campus in Ulanqab uses solid-state transformers and batteries to step 10 kV grid power straight to 800 V DC; it began operating in August 2026, is planned for 3 GW and draws over 80% of its power from renewables, pv magazine reports.
