Hyundai Motor Group commits five affiliates to an AI data centre in Saemangeum, with construction from March 2027

The Korea Times says the group will form two special purpose companies in November, one to build the hyperscale centre and one to buy GPUs and sell computing, within a 9 trillion won ($6.3 billion) Saemangeum plan; full operation is due in early 2030 for self-driving and robot training.
