Why it matters

Spaces is a Friday feature drop for Meta's Muse assistant: users describe a goal and Muse builds a persistent surface such as a planner, gift tracker or dashboard in the sidebar. Connected apps can refresh dates and prices without a new prompt. TechCrunch notes Zuckerberg's own demos (BBQ game, home-control dashboard) and that Muse already claimed about 10 million users in the US and Canada on the prior earnings call. This is separate from Thursday's Muse Voice avatar rollout; watch for sharing and collaboration, which Meta says it is exploring.
