Lab-automation robot maker Opentrons Labworks raises $40 million in a Series E led by Avego

Robot News reports BroadOak Capital Partners joined and the money will expand robotics, software and data infrastructure for AI-run experiments; the company says it has shipped more than 11,000 robots to labs in over 80 countries.
