Serve Robotics launches Physical AI Services to sell its robot stack to other makers

Alongside Q3 results, the sidewalk-delivery company said Bedrock Robotics is already using Serve Link, with T-Mobile for edge compute; CEO Ali Kashani called it an “AWS moment.”
Why it matters
Serve is trying to productise the unglamorous layer that keeps robots online in messy human spaces: resilient connectivity, edge-case data curation and a catalog of real-world foundation-model data from its own fleet. That is a different bet from racing to build the most general humanoid. Bedrock Robotics as a construction-equipment customer is an early proof point outside sidewalk delivery. Watch whether third-party volume can offset Serve’s still-small delivery revenue and whether rivals copy the platform pitch.
