Agility Robotics starts trading on Nasdaq as the first pure-play humanoid robot company

The SPAC deal is set to raise $465m; Digit earned $174,000 in the first half of 2026 against a $362m loss, and Agility cites $300m in planned Digit 5 contracts from 30 customers.
Why it matters
Agility becomes the first listed company focused only on humanoid robots, so its revenue, losses and customer contracts will now be public in a sector led by private rivals such as Figure and 1X. Its Digit robots work with nine customers, including GXO, Schaeffler, Toyota Canada and Mercado Libre, and have moved more than 100,000 totes at one GXO site. The next test is Digit 5, which Agility plans to demonstrate at CES 2027 and make widely available at the end of 2027.
