China opens what it calls its first open-source ecosystem hall in Wuzhen ahead of the World Internet Conference

Zhejiang's Chao News says the hall, led by the Cyberspace Administration of China and Xinhua, opened Nov. 1 as part of the 2026 Wuzhen Summit and features Zhejiang Lab's 021 science foundation model, DeepSeek and Qwen; the summit itself runs from Nov. 2.
