Cloudflare launches Trusted Agent Delegation coalition for AI agents on the web

A November 5 Cloudflare blog frames personal AI agents as intermediaries that strip site-to-user visibility and proposes Web Bot Auth, MOLE and related controls; customers get new agent analytics this week.
Why it matters
Cloudflare argues remotely hosted personal agents break classic fraud, attribution and monetisation assumptions because sites see the operator, not the user. The Trusted Agent Delegation coalition is meant to align operators, merchants and standards work around identity, reputation and accountability, citing Web Bot Auth and MOLE. Separately, Cloudflare says Security Analytics now lists personal assistants and early-access Account Abuse Protection can attribute agent logins to a hashed user id. This is infrastructure policy as much as product—watch which major agent vendors join TAD and whether IETF drafts harden.
