Eight in ten South Korean judges have seen AI-generated fake precedents cited in court, Supreme Court survey finds
Of 360 judges surveyed on 6 to 16 October, 80.7% said they had seen nonexistent precedents cited and 65.4% false ones; the court did not say how often such cases changed outcomes.
