KT Cloud tests 140kW-per-rack cooling with GPU-free load banks and plans 1GW of new AI data centres by 2031

At its Mokdong 2 centre the company showed an in-house load bank that reproduces GPU-server heat to validate direct-to-chip cooling and power with future Nvidia Rubin-class density in mind; it says its roughly 150MW of operating capacity is mostly sold and the 1GW target counts only new capacity, starting with a Bucheon centre opening next year.
