In the 1,105-patient randomized trial presented at TCT 2026 and published in NEJM, target-vessel failure at 12 months was 4.1% with CT planning versus 4.6% with intravascular ultrasound, with median procedures 17 minutes shorter; the trial was Heartflow-supported and longer follow-up is not yet reported.
