Anthropic’s David Sutton (Nov 6): check running work, approve changes and send updates for local or cloud Claude Code sessions; covered by daily.dev.

Why it matters

Claude Duet began as a proactive phone agent; today’s update wires it into Claude Code so developers can approve commands and nudge sessions without returning to a desk. That pairs with easier cloud session setup that saves environments without exposing API keys to the model. The practical effect is longer unattended coding loops with a human still in the approval path. Security questions remain about what a saved environment reuses across sessions. Watch whether Anthropic documents permission prompts when network or key scope widens.
