Agility Robotics completes its SPAC merger and is set to trade on Nasdaq as AGLT from November 5

The Digit maker closed its combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI; the deal was expected to raise about $465 million gross before expenses, and no final net figure has been given.
Why it matters
Agility says it will be the only US-listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with active commercial deployments, putting a public market price on a sector funded so far by private rounds. Digit already works at GXO, Schaeffler and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada sites and has logged more than 65,000 hours of real-world operation. The company reports more than $300 million in committed multi-year orders for Digit 5, subject to contractual milestones.
