Sentra raises $150 million Series C led by Capital One Ventures to guard corporate data from AI agents

The Israeli data-security company reports 300% year-on-year growth and total funding above $250 million; Capital One will take a board seat.
Why it matters
Sentra's pitch is that corporate security was built around human users, while AI agents now act on their own across cloud, software-as-a-service and on-premises systems, often with broader permissions than they need. The company says some customers already run thousands or tens of thousands of agents with little visibility into what data they can reach. The round adds to a run of AI-agent security deals this week, alongside CrowdStrike's planned purchases of Fiddler and Dreadnode. Watch whether banks such as lead investor Capital One adopt these controls at scale.
